It was just a reliable pick for a quick layover in Edinburgh with excellent value for money. The water pressure in the shower was pretty decent which made getting ready easier. Bring your own snacks, as there’s no microwave to heat up any leftovers.

Proximity to Leith Links park, Free on-street parking, Individual decor in rooms
The shower water pressure needs serious improvement!!! Cleaning requires attention – from dusty corners to broken fixtures, it's evident that maintenance is lacking!!! Update your dated room decor. it's not a good look!!! Poor TV connectivity options could use a fix too!!!

Cozy stay near Edinburgh
Had a fab night here! The location is super easy to get to the city centre and parking was a breeze. The room was warm and clean, and the fresh fruit in the morning was a nice surprise. Just wish the shower had a bit more pressure, but no biggie. comfy experience!

I had a lovely stay with a spacious king room featuring a large window and a fantastic bathtub. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, but the decor could use some refreshing as it differed from the photos. I'd definitely stay again.

The King Room was spacious with a large window and a comfy bed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was nice and large, even had a bathtub. The room felt cozy and well-decorated, giving it a charming vibe. Location-wise, the bus stop was right outside for easy access to the city. A few squeaky beds and some warmth at night were minor hiccups, but overall, it was a great spot to unwind in Edinburgh.

The Sandaig offers a charming atmosphere in a historic building, with room decor that, while slightly worn, adds to its character. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and remarkably quiet, perfect for a restful night. A thoughtful touch included complimentary sherry upon arrival. street parking was conveniently available directly in front, and the enticing eateries along Leith Walk are just a short stroll away.
The décor is somewhat tired and could benefit from refreshing.
